Photographs
Some readings may require a recent face photograph. The photograph is used only for preparing the requested interpretive reading. We do not use it for facial recognition, automated biometric identification or identity verification.
Consultation Information
We may retain scheduling information, notes and communications relating to a consultation. Audio or video is recorded only where the booked service expressly includes a recording.
Payment Information
We may receive transaction details such as the payment amount, payment status, payment identification number and date of payment.
Payments are processed through Razorpay. We may receive limited transaction information such as the payment amount, payment status, date and transaction reference. We do not receive or store the client’s complete card number, banking password, or payment-authentication credentials.
Website and Technical Information
The website may automatically receive limited technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, referring page, pages visited and cookie information.

Where a session recording is included, the recording will be used to provide the client with a copy of the consultation and to resolve any immediate delivery issue. We will take reasonable steps to delete our working copy after it is delivered and is no longer reasonably required. The client is responsible for securely storing any copy received.

We do not sell or rent clients’ personal information.

Please do not send passwords, confidential banking credentials, UPI PINs or unnecessary identity documents through these channels. Service-related messages may include payment confirmation, requests for missing information, delivery updates and appointment reminders.
Promotional messages will be sent only where permitted and may be stopped by contacting us.
