Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 24, 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services.yantrachants.com
By accessing the website, making a payment or submitting information for a reading or consultation, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to independently purchase a service.
A service concerning a person below 18 years of age may be purchased only by a parent or lawful guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for providing consent and supervising how the information is used.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must provide truthful information while making a booking.
3. Nature of the Services
The website provides spiritual guidance, astrological readings, chakra-based interpretations, personalised spiritual practices, annual reports and online consultations. These services are based on traditional spiritual frameworks and methods.
They should not be understood as scientifically verified testing, medical diagnosis or professional counselling. The services are intended to support spiritual understanding. The client remains responsible for all personal decisions and actions.
4. Information Supplied by the Client
The accuracy and usefulness of a reading depend on the information provided by the client.
You are responsible for providing correct:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Time of birth
- Place of birth
- Questions and questionnaire responses
- Contact details
- Photographs, where requested
We are not responsible for errors, delays or unsuitable interpretations resulting from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information.
If you discover an error after submitting your information, you must contact us promptly. Additional charges may apply if substantial work has already been completed using incorrect information.
5. Payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless another currency is specifically shown. Payment must be completed before work begins or a consultation is scheduled.
Payments may be processed through Razorpay. The payment processor may apply its own terms, security procedures and transaction rules. A payment confirmation does not by itself confirm that we have received all the information required to begin the service.
6. What the Service Fee Covers
The amount paid covers only the reading, report, consultation or personalised spiritual guidance service described on the relevant booking page. A reading may contain optional spiritual recommendations, including a yantra or kavach suggestion where considered appropriate.
Such a recommendation does not mean that a physical item is included in the service fee. No physical product is offered for sale, sold, included, shipped or paid for through services.yantrachants.com or its Razorpay payment facility.
7. Service Delivery
Written services are delivered electronically through email, WhatsApp, a downloadable document or another mutually agreed digital method. Consultations are conducted online or by telephone at the scheduled time.
Estimated delivery periods begin after all required information is received. Weekends, public holidays and delays caused by incomplete client information are not counted as part of the normal delivery period.
Delivery dates are reasonable estimates and not absolute guarantees. We will inform the client if a substantial delay occurs.
8. Consultations
Consultation appointments are subject to availability. The client must be available at the agreed time with a functioning telephone, internet connection, microphone and camera where required.
Late arrival by the client does not automatically extend the session. If the client fails to attend, the session may be treated as a no-show under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Respectful conduct is required during every consultation. We may end a session involving abuse, threats, harassment, indecent behaviour, recording without permission or demands outside the booked scope.
9. Recording of Sessions
A consultation will be recorded only where the service description expressly includes a recording. Recordings supplied to clients are for their private personal use. The client may not commercially distribute, sell, misleadingly alter or circulate a recording without prior written permission.
We may refuse to record a session where technical, privacy or safety concerns arise. Where recording is a material part of the purchased service and cannot be provided, an appropriate alternative will be offered.
10. Spiritual and Professional Disclaimer
The client understands that astrology, chakra assessment, karmic and spiritual counselling are faith-based and interpretive in nature. We do not promise:
- Guaranteed predictions
- Removal of every obstacle
- Cure of a disease or health condition
- Financial profit
- Employment or business success
- Marriage or relationship reconciliation
- Legal success
- Conception, childbirth or gender-related outcomes
- Protection from every adverse event
Do not delay or discontinue medical treatment, medication, legal action, financial advice or mental-health support because of a reading or consultation. Anyone facing a medical or mental-health emergency should contact an appropriate qualified professional or emergency service.
11. Personalised Spiritual Recommendations
A reading may suggest a mantra, devotional practice, home discipline, yantra, kavach or another form of spiritual support. Such recommendations are optional. The client is not obligated to purchase a product or follow a recommendation.
A recommendation does not guarantee a particular spiritual, personal, financial, health or relationship outcome. No physical product is included in the service fee or sold through services.yantrachants.com or its Razorpay payment facility.
Advanced practices, initiation-based mantras and potentially unsuitable spiritual disciplines should not be undertaken without proper personal guidance.
12. Personal Use and Intellectual Property
Reports, written readings, recordings, questionnaires, assessment formats and guidance materials remain the intellectual property of the Service Provider unless otherwise stated. The client receives a limited right to use the material for personal and non-commercial purposes.
The client may not reproduce, resell, publish, train an artificial-intelligence system on, commercially exploit or distribute the material without written permission. Brief portions may be shared privately with a trusted family member, doctor, counsellor or adviser when necessary for the client’s personal use.
13. Confidentiality
We will take reasonable care to keep the client’s questions, photographs, reports and consultation information private. Information may be disclosed where necessary to:
- Deliver the booked service
- Operate the website or payment system
- Comply with law or a lawful authority
- Protect the safety and rights of the client, Service Provider or another person
- Investigate fraud, abuse or misuse of the service
Confidentiality does not apply to information that the client has already made publicly available.
14. Refusal or Discontinuation of Service
We may refuse, suspend or discontinue a service where:
- The request is unlawful, abusive or threatening
- The client asks for harmful, exploitative or unethical guidance
- The client supplies false or stolen information
- Payment is disputed or fraudulent
- The requested service falls outside our competence
- Continuing the service may place a person at risk
- The client repeatedly violates these terms
Where we discontinue a prepaid service without fault by the client, the unused portion of the fee will be refunded.
15. Refunds and Cancellations
Except in the limited circumstances expressly stated in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, payments are final and non-refundable once successfully made and confirmed.
Personalised readings, reports, guidance plans and consultation bookings cannot be cancelled after payment.
Rescheduling, duplicate payments, failure by the Service Provider to deliver the purchased service and other exceptional circumstances are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy published on this website.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for indirect loss, loss of opportunity, business loss, emotional distress or decisions made solely on the basis of a reading or consultation.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability concerning a particular service will ordinarily be limited to the amount actually paid for that service. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
17. Third-Party Services
The website may use third-party services for payments, website hosting, email, WhatsApp communication, video calls, analytics or document delivery.
We are not responsible for an interruption, outage, security incident or delay occurring entirely within an independent third-party service, although we will take reasonable steps to assist the client.
18. Changes to Services and Terms
We may update service descriptions, prices, delivery periods and these Terms and Conditions.
The terms displayed at the time of payment will apply to that booking unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to the client.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.
